Born and raised in Arizona, Connor Peagler is intimately familiar with the Valley. After graduating from Brophy College Preparatory in 2010, Connor went on to continue his education at Fordham University in New York. When the Arizona real estate market showed signs of recovery in late 2012, Connor returned to Arizona to obtain his real estate license in order to immerse himself in the family business of land brokerage. Starting as a researcher for Pacific Land Company, Connor covered Pinal and Maricopa Counties and was deeply involved in the data collection that led to Pacific Land Company’s current geodatabase of landowner information. This research was not just limited to land, but included collecting information on Manufactured Housing Communities across the Valley as well. Connor is now an Associate with Pacific Land Company, focusing on research and sales for the Company.
Brad joined Pacific Land Company in February 2010. Brad previously worked with the Land Advisors Organization. Brad comes from a third generation agricultural family. He was raised in Buckeye, AZ. Brad specializes in assisting clients who are looking for agricultural ground, or clients who are looking to relocate, liquidate, or cease their farming operations.Because of Brad’s background in agriculture he brings a unique perspective to the Pacific Land Company as Arizona’s production agriculture continues to change due to development pressure and competition for Arizona’s natural resources.
Brad earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dordt College in Sioux Center, IA, and received his Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) from Arizona State University in 2009. Brad is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), United Dairymen of Arizona member, and is a Young Farmer and Rancher member with the Arizona Farm Bureau Federation.

Andrew graduated in 2017 from the University of Arizona. After completing an intership in 2016 with Pacific Land Company, Andrew joined the Company as an Associate speacializing in land brokerage.
Patricia (Patty) Lafferty is a seasoned land broker, focusing her expertise on residential land and lots throughout the Phoenix MSA. The top homebuilders, developers, land owners, and lending institutions rely on Patty’s extensive market expertise and general industry knowledge for exclusive real estate representation. Patty has been involved in the sale of thousands of acres and lots, resulting in over $200,000,000 in real estate transactions.
Patty is a graduate of the University of Arizona in 2005, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development. Patty has lived in the Phoenix area for nearly 30 years and is actively involved in a number of local organizations such as the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona and the Urban Land Institute.
Mr. Howard Weinstein has been a key figure in the transformation of the commercial and residential real estate industry in Arizona, having entitled and developed over 10,000 lots, spearheaded the construction of over $400 million of projects and conducted brokerage transactions in excess of $2 billion.

Mr. Weinstein has also been an expert panelist/guest speaker for some of the most well-known housing market conferences.
In addition to Pacific Land Company, Mr. Weinstein recently was bought out of General Partner in a $50 million real estate private equity fund, established in partnership with Tricon Capital Group, to acquire distressed U.S. single-family homes. That partnership was one of five companies selected by Tricon as part of a strategy to partner with “best in class” local operators to acquire properties in markets with high distress and strong underlying fundamentals, at prices well below replacement cost. The fund had been successful in achieving or exceeding all targeted financial hurdle returns with a single-family for-rent portfolio of 400 homes in the Phoenix MSA.
In 2004 Mr. Weinstein, cofounded the commercial real estate brokerage firm Weinstein & Harris, LLC, which specialized in residential master plan and lot sales in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. From 2004 to 2008 Weinstein & Harris LLC brokered over $100 million in sales annually and the firm was consistently ranked as one of the top 5 real estate brokerage firms in Arizona. The firm managed some of Arizona’s largest and most complex land transactions. In 2008, Weinstein and Harris was acquired by a national real estate brokerage company. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Weinstein held the position of Partner for a private land brokerage firm is Scottsdale AZ. During his tenure with that firm, Mr. Weinstein conducted land and lot transactions in excess of $1.2 billion.
From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Weinstein served as Vice President of Land Acquisition & Development at the Phoenix Division of KB Home. Mr. Weinstein helped grow the Phoenix division of KB Home from the 25th ranked builder, delivering 300 units a year, to the 3rd ranked builder, delivering over 2,100 units a year. Mr. Weinstein was responsible for the successful acquisition, entitlement and development of thousands of residential lots in every active submarket within the Phoenix MSA.
Mr. Weinstein began his career in the Phoenix homebuilding market as the land acquisition manager for Diamond Key Homes, a mid-size private homebuilder. During his the first year of his tenure with Diamond Key Homes, Mr. Weinstein was recognized with a MAME Award for Rookie of the Year.
Mr. Weinstein’s commitment to the community is demonstrated by his contributions to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and the Arizona Humane Society. Mr. Weinstein and his wife Leona, live with their Boston Terrier and French Bulldog in Scottsdale, Arizona.
